Half of the wings have Cowboy Butter. Other half SPG and will be sauced.

Cook Plan

Cook at 225 for around 45 minutes. Then crank to 400+ for 20-30 minutes to crisp up. Toss the SPG wings in sauce for the last 10 minutes.
